TX-Maybe this may change your mind about illegal immigration

Maybe this may change your mind about illegal immigration.

There is much debate about government agencies who designate cities as sanctuaries for illegal aliens. Last night in Houston, residence got a first hand experience of the problems and issues that can arise in embracing a sympathetic attitude toward illegal aliens. Why is it so hard for so many politicians to see that the America must put a stop to this practice. No one is trying to keep Mexicans from enjoying prosperity, all we ask is that you do it legally.

In Northwest Houston, last night on a call regarding a domestic disturbance, authorities found 50 illegal aliens in this one home. Do you think the neighbors never really knew that there were a massive amount of people living in this home? Or have American's become so complacent they just don't care? If we can make excuses for the actions of illegal aliens why can we not discharge every shoplifter who steals to provide for their families out of jail or prison. How about the corporate embezzler who just wanted to make a better life for he and his family, or Benard Maddoff who scammed billions from his investors, he wanted a better life for his family too?

Financial aspirations should not be an exception for the actions of illegal aliens, if we don't put a stop to this disregard for the law of our land, we can be assured that many incidence like this will continue to happen in Houston and across America. You can view the full story here at: http://www.khou.com/news/Immigrant-disp ... 05987.html, then you decide.

What should be done about illegal immigration?

They have similar places in Miami Dade County. They actually rent out air mattresses on the floor. The rooms of the home are just full of those air mattresses and when a repair person or fire rescue have to go to one they actually walk over people who are asleep.

We do have a law here that only allows a limited amount of people to live in a home , 2 per a bedroom with about 150 square feet , no such law there ...

Unfortunately between illegals and section 8 housing the rules that were once in place and enforced are no longer there. The reason they get away with places like the one I described is that they are never all there at once but only a certain number.

What Mary Baker fails to let her readers understand is that this particular area of NW Houston is a Hispanic neighborhood full of illegal criminal aliens. They aren't being complacent, they are covering this type of criminal activity because that is how most of them got here in the first place.

The law here is 10 people per single family home. The problem is no one enforces it unless someone complains. Most in Hispanic neighborhoods here have more than 10 in a home.

My hometown stopped enforcing altogther after a hispanic group sued and won the suit, after citing some racial comments posted on a public forum by some idiots anonymously. The suit did not direct the town to stop enforcement, just not to target one group of people.

Also the problem may be that the neighbors are afraid of turning them in. A lot of illegals don't think twice about revenge and things happen when you do turn them in for their lawbreaking.

If there is a medical emergency and fire rescue sees that there is way too many people living in a home they will report it.

Unfortunately outside of Houston in unincorporated Harris County there are no such laws. We have gotten a lot of companies from California that have bought up new and forclosed homes and rent them out. The rental companies they use cater to low income people and generally don't care who or how many move in as long as they pay the rent. So we have nice upper middle to high income neighborhoods with several families of scumbags living in one rented home. They park in the front yard, all over the street, BBQ and have parties in the front yard and throw trash everywhere. Most people are scared to do anything about it because they don't want retaliation.

Mayday, you are right about revenge and retaliation, it's part of their lawless culture they are bringing to America.

Politicians like the former Houston Sanctuary City Mayor, Bill White who is now running for governor on the Democratic ticket. From Texans to God's ears we don't want him in the governor's seat.
