    Men Caught in DVD Raid Claim to be Members of Gang

    MCALLEN - Two of the suspects who were arrested in a pirated DVD raid we told you about are now claiming they are MS-13 gang members.

    Police arrested four illegal immigrants from Honduras at a McAllen home on Friday.

    Alton investigators say they were paid to do nothing but copy movies and music.

    Police were following leads after they busted a similar operation at an Alton flea market.

    Three of the suspects will face a judge tomorrow. They're expected to be charged with unlawful labeling.

    That's it? THEY ARE IN THE COUNTRY ILLLEGALLY!! How about also charging them with illegal entry into the country?
