    Concord protestors rally for immigration reform

    CONCORD, N.C. – Hundreds of people gathered at a soccer field in Cabarrus County Sunday afternoon to call for immigration reform.

    Organizers called Sunday's rally historic and necessary to grab the attention of the U.S. government.

    Organizers say now is the time for reform, and believe it will help stimulate the economy. They also want to prevent separation of families and allow immigrants to get an education.

    Those rallying said they're finished being quiet when it comes to reform.
