OTAY MESA — A private company's plans to build a mega-prison that could house immigrant detainees has received the go-ahead from the county.

Last month, after a temporary holdup over access to sewer lines, the county planning commission approved plans for Nashville, Tenn.-based Corrections Corp. of America to build a “secure detention facilityâ€

Now if they would only use it to deport EVERYONE who enters the country illegally!

Great point, as always. Kind of a reverse Ellis Island.....I like the idea

But you know what really alarms me about these types of facilities being built just to house illegal aliens? I'm wondering how long it's going to be before we have scenarios in which operatives from whatever they are involved with.....cartels, terrorist organizations, etc.......manage to get jobs at these places to facilitate breakouts.

We haven't seen it yet, but I would imagine that it's coming one day.

I wouldn't want to make a bet on that one Wreath!!
