HAMILTON, Ohio -- Butler County sheriff's deputies arrested two illegal immigrants Monday in a fake document sting.

Authorities said 35-year-old Raymundo Ramirez-Nava and 39-year-old Tadeo Torres-Torres admitted after their arrests to being in the U.S. illegally.

An undercover Butler County agent ordered four falsified Social Security cards from Torres-Torres, who deputies had those items in his possession when he was arrested.

Ramirez-Nava initially gave deputies a false name and identification card, investigators said.

Torres-Torres, of Hamilton, was charged with four misdemeanor counts of forgery, and Ramirez-Nava, of Hamilton, was charged with misdemeanor falsification.

Both men remain in the Butler County Jail, and immigration officials have been notified.

Deputies seized a 1998 Pontiac, about $1,000 cash and two cell phones from the pair.
