Haven't found a complete list of names but apparently only 5 legislators voted against it.

The truth is that in-state tuition for illegal aliens was snuck into law in Texas. Nobody out in the public knew this was in the bill, the media never reported anything about it, the debate never took place and most of the lawmakers that voted for it had no idea what they were actually voting on deep in that bill.
It is time for Texans to stand up and reverse this evil legislation that was snuck into law without proper discourse, public, media, or lawmaker knowledge.
