McCain calls for increased border security

U.S. Sen. John McCain told a group of supporters Friday afternoon in Litchfield Park that he supports outfitting border patrol agents with surveillance technology used by the armed forces.

He said that there are remote, unsecured parts of the border that can only be properly guarded with the use of new and more advanced equipment. McCain will be visiting the border this weekend.

McCain also talked about his support of SB 1070, and said the law is a necessary step in securing the border and the safety of the citizens of Arizona. He said lawmakers boycotting the state because of the new law are “disgraceful,â€

We find drones to be disgusting technology and we feared that some excuse would be found to bring them into use on US soil. We still do not like them at all, but for patrolling the border they do make sense. I think that is what he is referencing in this speech. The question is - who will maintain vigilance that they are not misused? Do we even want to start down this path at all? It is pretty well guaranteed that if we allow them they will be used against citizens sometime in the future. I think some Afghans could have much to tell us about that.

That said, the McCain family has done some stupid things this year. They think that being all cutesy and disagreeing with Dad/husband will cover all the bases and make everybody happy so they can win. Is that kind of like Hillary and Bill? More like we have no idea what we will be getting when we elect a McCain - will Meghan win? Will Cindy win? Whoever advised them to do those ads and for Meghan to write opinions? That is an idiot advisor to avoid. Meghan has no business spouting opinion from her privileged and ignorant position. Lots of people don't want to hear from Cindy because of the mob ties in her background and John, well we have rehashed all that before. To make it easy - who can trust a flip-flopper with strong ties to Mexico in his personal economy?

We have already seen the real McCain in action.

Flip flopping now just makes you look foolish John. We dont like you, trust you, or want you as one of our leaders and your re-election bid couldnt come soon enough so we can tell you at the polls...

Let me give you a pre-good riddance if I may.

Arizona ~ What happens there doesnt stay there.. it floods to the rest of the nation

Jan Brewer is on the right track; once you re-elect McCain he will go back to the Normal RINO McCain and will NULLIFY all that Jan Brewer is doing

WE ALL KNOW, McCain would not be doing this if it was not for an opponent in the Arizona Republican primary.
We ALL KNOW that is the primary race was not close, McCain would still be calling for amnesty for illegals and their kind.
