Authorities netted three illegal aliens suspected of dealing drugs, along with powder cocaine and $6,000 cash in a raid Thursday night in Groves.

The Jefferson County Narcotics Unit, assisted by the police departments of Groves, Port Neches, Nederland and Port Arthur, conducted an attack search warrant about 10:30 p.m. on the house at 6328 Warren St., Groves.

The men, who were 38, 23 and 22, were all from Mexico.

Names have not been released pending arraignment.

The incident is the fifth time this year illegal aliens have been arrested on drug charges, leading authorities to suspect a larger trend.
