UPSHUR COUNTY, Texas (KETK) - Trial for an illegal immigrant accused of intoxication manslaughter is set to start Tuesday in Upshur County.
Noe Paz-Aguillon, 30, of Mexico is charged in the January 14, 2014, intoxication manslaughter of Charles Gibbs of Overton and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon of Carol Gobbs, also of Overton.
Aguillon was originally arrested in January 2014. He was taken to a hospital where he stayed until February 1, 2014.
Upon release from the hospital, Aguillon was released to the custody of the Upshur County Sheriff's Office and turned over to federal authorities on an ICE detainer three days later. He was then taken to Dallas and released under home arrest.
He fled the country and went to Mexico following his release from federal custody.
According to the Upshur County Sheriff's Office, Aguillon had twice been deported from the U.S.
He reentered the United States illegally and was arrested in Oklahoma on April 4 and brought back to Upshur County Jail, where he has been held on a no bond.

Glad he was caught. Of course that begs the question, how many other criminals entering our country are not caught?"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" ** Edmund Burke**

Glad they caught him, good work, Oklahoma! But still, trying to follow the disjointed inexplicable DOJ/DHS Maze of nonsense leaves Justice wanting and immigration control failing.
We need a new plan, we need a Plan B!
Tell these countries if their citizens don't stop entering the US illegally, then your country will have no aid from or trade with the United States. Period.
These scum bad derelict con artists are not our problem, because they are not our responsibility. You keep them out of our country or we'll end normal relations with your country.A Nation Without Borders Is Not A Nation - Ronald Reagan

DHS should never release any illegal alien under "house arrest" especially not ones charged with killing US citizens!
