    U.S. Gov't Website for N. Amer. Partnership

In case it already has not been posted, below is the official U.S.
Government Website for the "Security and Prosperity Partnership
    of North America".

    It is "Spp.Gov", a part of "Firstgov.gov".

Entering http://www.spp.gov on AOL Search will bring up "SPP Home"

The "SPP" is described as "a North American Partnership", and the
website is up-to-date in laying out the SPP's formation, its progress,
    and its future goals.

    U.S. Gov't. Website for N. Amer. Partnership

The U.S. government's "SPP Office" is located within the Department
of Commerce. The lead story on the Commerce Department's Official
    Website today reads:

"U.S. Commerce Secretary Carlos M. Gutierrez and his government
counterparts from Mexico and Canada will formally launch the North
American Competitiveness Council (NACC) on Thursday, June 15.

"The NACC is made up of high-level private sector business leaders
from all three countries to provide recommendations on how to improve
the competitiveness of North American businesses in global markets."

Further details about the new private "North American Competitiveness
Council" being launched tomorrow with taxpayer funds are available on
the Department of Commerce's official website.
