Little by little and, bit by bit Obama is giving the country to Mexico. what else is this IDIOT going to give them this is just going to be an easy way for them to bring in more illegals and drugs there by making the border patrol obsolete. they will be in the unemployment line themselves.

He certainly is trying hard as he can, against the will of 80 percent of the US.

The plan, announced at a news conference by the two presidents, will allow for half of those tariffs to be lifted immediately. It will establish a reciprocal, phased-in pilot program that allows Mexican trucks to operate inside the U.S. provided they comply with a series of safety and driver-skills and language tests monitored by the U.S. Department of Transportation.
Human smuggling, illegal substances transporting and added burdens for American police forces nationwide.

The excuse that the Obama Administration would probably give is that they feel an obligation to carry-out the terms and conditions of the North American Free Trade Agreement.

NAFTA was passed in 1994, when the internet was still in its infancy. There was little or no way for Americans to "blog" their concerns about the proposed NAFTA, and no convenient way for constituents to contact their Congressmen about their misgivings. Throngs of other Americans didn't even know about the proposed NAFTA, because of a lack of reliable, internet news.

NAFTA would have probably never passed Congress if the internet and personal-computers had been in full force back in 1994.

It was mainly because of a full-functioning internet that proposed Amnesties for 20 million illegal aliens in 2006 & 2007 were soundly defeated. And now we hear that our Government wants to take-over the internet?

Now that we have a Republican-majority House of Reps, with several Tea-Party members, I wonder if we could get the House to vote on repealing NAFTA. It probably wouldn't pass the Senate, but it would start a dialog that badly needs to be debated.

The Mexican Truck program doesn't make sense. We receive no kind of benefit. It will cost the jobs of American truckers, and the jobs of off-loaders of these trucks. And American taxpayers will pay extra billions of dollars for the privilege of seeing illegal Mexican truckers do the jobs that Americans should be doing.

Ultimately the agreement to end the dispute would suspend $2.4 billion in annual punitive tariffs on the U.S. It was billed by the White House as a job creator for both nations.
I don't even count the BS when I'm thinking about what illegals cost us.

What a joke. Yet one more joke on the US.

I swear, this president is the biggest hoax ever perpetrated on this country.

I do not know how our Country became the way it is currently. It seems some people are trying to combine the U.S. with Mexico in every way possible, although 80% of citizens disagrees with such unethical actions.

This is a strategy by corporations to destroy the last of American unions. This is just the beginning. There will be strategic steps to follow until all of the truckers in the USA are Mexican and until American truckers no longer are in the game.
