Administration must move on helping curb Mexico's drug violence

- With more than 7,000 people murdered since January 2007, the Mexican drug war has already gone from bad to worse. The goal now, for both the Obama administration and the government of Mexican President Felipe Calderón, is to do everything to keep it from becoming impossible.

Drug lords depend on grunts willing to engage in dangerous activity for little money. The more legitimate opportunity which can get financed the fewer support people making low wages in risky activity there will be.

Put our troops on the border and keep them well armed. STOP all aid to mexico. ENFORCE ALL our immigration laws!

A good start is to put ARMED National Guard Troops all accross the border with Mexico.

I guess no one really made it clear that NAFTA did not cover drugs and guns under the agreement.
A couple years ago I laughed that we should have invaded Mexico instead of Iraq, but that is beginning to sound like not a joke after all.
Is this all just a giant plot where every country faces turmoil from their neighbors and New World Order, here we come? I guess we just all have to learn to read the Koran and discuss it in Chinese.
