HELENA (AP) — Lewis and Clark County officials have issued an arrest warrant for an Irish man who police say wrote bad checks in Montana totaling more than $55,000 and then fled to Colorado.
Authorities also are seeking to extradite Kevin Barry McAuley from Colorado, where he was being held by federal officials following his arrest on Sept. 1 for being in the United States illegally. Late last week, he pleaded guilty in federal court in Colorado to that charge.

No different than what other illegal aliens are doing scamming welfare programs, using stolen ID to get jobs, loans, etc. They are ALL criminals, but some demand special treatment?
