Unfortunately, it seems to me that the legal system has been working on a multilayered system. Politicians and illegals seem to get off easy or scott free and U.S. citizens that pay for all of them get slammed. The legal system seems to have become very biased over the past few years.

If the legal system were fair and unbiased, she would go to jail for a long time. It will depend on the judge..

That was just IRS cases. This will be Justice Department prosecuting for USCIS (immigration fraud) or ICE HSI and SSA (social security fraud), at least they should be, has nothing to do with the IRS so far as the article goes. They might find out that she's also guilty of tax fraud which would involve the IRS. She's already admitted publicly to the immigration fraud and social security fraud, so DOJ doesn't need a referral.

She and other undocumented workers at Bedminster could be granted visas that protect victims of crime and trafficking as well as witnesses. This means they would not be viewed as perpetrators of illegal activity at the club; their employer would be.

Oh dream on, New York Times. She trafficked herself right behind her husband. She conned multiple employers with fake documents. She is not a victim of any crime, she is the perpetrator of the crimes.

In most cases like this people are demanding that the employer be sent to prison but it's seems to be different when Trump is the employer. Why is that?

Actually we don't really know if she conned anyone. Perhaps those employing her knew the truth and knew her documents were fraudulent, but they hired her anyway with the assumption they could use the false documents to say they were deceived if caught in the act.

Remember, 99% of Trump's businesses don't use E-verify even though he has claimed otherwise.

Speaking of e-verify---how do we ever hope to get mandatory e-verify passed or anything else concerning the illegals when the President of the United States does not use e-verify?
