Nass: Healthy Wisconsin Plan covers Illegal Immigrants at taxpayer expense
State Representative Steve Nass (R-Whitewater) is blasting Senate Democrats for passing a fiscally irresponsible universal healthcare plan, called Healthy Wisconsin, that intentionally covers illegal immigrants. The Healthy Wisconsin Plan would be funded with a massive $15.2 billion tax on payroll that includes an assessment paid by employees. Even worse, the Senate Democrats have decided that law-abiding workers will now also pay for universal health coverage for illegal immigrants.
