International court ruling could provide basis for new trial

THIS is much more than troubling!!

President Bush’s memo noted that the United States will abide by the international court’s ruling and directed state courts to do the same.

Following the Bush memo, the U.S. Supreme Court decided to interrupt its review of the case of confessed rapist and murderer Jose Ernesto Medellin of Houston. The court decided on May 23 to allow the state courts to review the Mexican national’s request for relief.

There was an article a while back about the family of a murder victim who had been murdered by an invader.

The family of the victim was not here legally either, if I remember.

The Mexican government spent a lot of money on a lawyer for the murdered & even had some sort of honor guard for him when his body was returned to Mexico.

But the murder victim's family was living in poverty & the Mexican government did nothing for them.

Also, do illegal aliens kill people in Balboa Island or Palos Verdes? It's possible, I suppose.

But generally speaking, they kill their fellow illegals, legal immigrants & Latino US citizens.

Sis, you're surprised that Bush has nothing but contempt for our constitution and is turning our soveignty over to foreigners?

I didn’t miss it. I just can’t think of any way to describe my anger over it. It is disgustingly unreal that we are giving away our country.
