Illegal alien charged with raping 3-year-old in North Carolina

On Thursday, police in Winston-Salem arrested Luis Enrique Marin Noyola, 20, after he reportedly broke into a home and raped a toddler.
The rape occurred in the early morning hours of March 9.

The News & Record reported:

Winston-Salem police were called to an apartment on Bruce Street. At that time they were told a man entered the apartment about 3:40 a.m., sexually assaulted a 5-year-old and fled.

During the course of their investigation, detectives learned that the child is actually, only 3-years-old.

Noyola has been charged with first-degree rape, first-degree sex offense, indecent liberties with a child and first-degree burglary.

He is currently being held at the Forsyth County Jail on an ICE detainer.

Illegal Alien Charged With Raping 3 Yr Old Draws ICE Detainer

An illegal alien has been arrested, charge with raping a three-year-old child.
Luis Enrique Marin Noyola, age 20, a resident of Winston-Salem, NC, was identified as the suspect in a brutal March 9^th assault. He is a friend of an acquaintance of the victim’s family.
Police say Noyola entered an apartment on Bruce Street on Sunday, committed his heinous act, and then fled the area.
He is charged with first degree burglary, first degree rape, first degree sex offense and indecent liberties with a child and his being held on $800,000 bond.
An ICE detainer, a notice that DHS intends to assume custody, has been issued in the case. The ICE website states that “Detainers are critical for ICE to be able to identify and ultimately remove [from the United States] criminal aliens who are currently in federal, state or local custody.”
The only way DHS gets involved with illegal aliens these days is if they are forced to by virtue of their criminal acts. You’ve got to be a real scumbag to draw their attention. Obviously, that is the case with Mr. Noyola.
We can hope that ICE waits to repatriate Noyola to his native country until after he has served his punishment for his crimes. By that point, the appropriate means of transport may involve a simple box or a bag.

Man gets 56 years in Winston-Salem rape case involving 3-year-old

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. —A 20-year-old man was sentenced to several decades in prison in a Winston-Salem rape case involving a 3-year-old.

Luis Enrique Marin Noyola pleaded guilty Monday to rape of a child, indecent liberties with a child, sex offense of a child and burglary. He was sentenced to a minimum of 56 years in prison, Winston-Salem police said.

The incident was reported March 9 at an apartment on Bruce Street. Police allege Noyola entered the apartment and raped the child before fleeing.

Noyola was arrested the next day.
