This is just exactly what is going on.
Sperhion is here in Florida. You never hear a word when
applying for a job. NEVER. And everything is online.

And that Unicure testing, employment agency...I bet they are
just as guilty as Sperhion. I have my suspicions that the testing
is to WEED OUT citizens who are legal.

Under the plan, which takes effect March 27, the minimum penalty for willingly hiring an unauthorized worker will go from $275 to $375. The maximum penalty will jump from $2,200 to $3,200, and the maximum for multiple violations will increase from $11,000 to $16,000.
THATS PEANUTS! How about getting serious?

The penalty for an unauthorized worker should jump from $275 to at least $1000. The maximum should jump from $2,200 to 10,000. And the maximum for multiple violations should increase from 11,0000 to $25,000. And these employers should get a minimum jail sentence of 1 month for each offense.

IMO, that is alittle more reasonable.

THAT might stop some companies from repeatedly ignoring the law!
