Man accused of sex battery on 9 year old; held for I.C.E.
COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. - Collier County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested a 23-year-old Golden Gate man accused of committing sex acts on a nine year old.

Jery Estanislao Chimilio-Sanchez was booked into the Collier County Jail at 11:15 Friday evening.

The Sheriff's Office report says Chimilio-Sanchez was left alone with the little girl as a family friend visited. The girl told deputies on two separate occasions Chimilio-Sanchez touched her in a sexual manner.

The Sheriff's Office report says that a doctor examined the child and confirmed evidence "(that is) consistent with the victim's account" for at least one of the incidents.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement has now placed a hold on Chimilio-Sanchez. He was born in Honduras. Witness told deputies that Chimilio-Sanchez is in the country illegally, but according to the documents that WINK News obtained those claims have not yet been proven.
