Two comments. First, I predict this will be the best $2,500 investment Canyon County ever made. It's sure to save the county many times that amount in social services alone. Secondly, the initial target should be McDonalds because seizing their assets is sure to balance the federal budget and cause the greatest number of diseased (Hepatitis A) illegal aliens to be deported. IMO, this also will remove a risk of disease and prevent a whole bunch of kids from becoming obese. And if any of these food preparers are found to have Hepatitis A, anyone in the area who ever ate there and who now has Hepatitis A, might recover damages from the deep pockets of McDonalds. This would be at least as justified as spilled hot coffee.

Sounds like a brilliant approach to me.

I am gonna look into this further, and discuss it with a few attorney friends of mine. (as the song says "I have friends in low places")

I would like to see this approach expanded upon.

The same way they draw up local laws to protect illegals-can't they draw them up to go after them too?
