They SHOULD be deported according to law. What happened to LAW??As it is now, they’re out there driving with no insurance, and they’re going to drive. So since they’re going to drive, they might as well be able to get insurance, and they should be taught how to drive."

You mean to tell me that they also teach them to drive in California?
As far as the insurance is concerned, I hear they get it for a month and then drop it.

Solution: Let their employers pay for health care, auto ins., DWIs, school
taxes, income taxes. No one has the right to strap the expenses of citizens
from sovereign nations on the back of other American citizens.

If you are here LEGALLY it is not a problem.Local immigrant advocates say a proposed federal restriction on driver’s licenses is anti-immigrant legislation disguised as anti-terrorism, and is ultimately dangerous.
It sure is. And it is sorely needed. The Real ID Act, passed by the House of Representatives in mid-February and headed for the Senate this week, would require proof of legal residency to obtain a driver’s license. The bill’s backers say it’s needed to fight terrorism in the post-9/11 era.
These "advocates" still don't understand the difference between LEGAL and ILLEGAL immigrants. If they don't like it they can head on back home. The prospect of its passage is raising red flags among Latino advocates from San Jose to Salinas, who say it’s an anti-immigrant bill posing as national security.
I would be happier if it was 1400 miles. After all, good fences make good neighbors. The bill, if passed, would lead to the construction of a 14-mile, three-tier fence along the U.S.-Mexico border near San Diego.http://www.alipac.us Enforce immigration laws!
