I do know that much, missed the part in the alert about just contacting the senate, plus the HB (house bill) letters in the bill name. Again, sorry for the screw up.

The good news is that I called all the senators on the rules committee list before sending the emails to the Reps.

    Important NOTICE

Message from one of our renowned activists

Phone # for John W. Hickman, Chair 801.538.1035

Young man in Hickman's office informed me Hickman is sponsor of HB 81 which is crafted like OK law and stronger than HB 239 and HB 241. He shared with me Senators Knudson, Buttars, Peterson are on "same page" as Hickman.

I questioned him which individuals we should direct our efforts too and he suggested Gene Davis, Karen Mayne - on the Senate Rules Committee and also Senators McCoy and Romero.

You know, even though the video stream is now ended as they closed up for the day, I was jotting down a few notes on Bills/Numbers and just now noticed the one numbered SB210 - involved voting and citizenship. That could definitely be of interest and probably related too.

PhredE, they are actually hoping to stall this as long as possible because neither of these bills are popular with the Senate here in UT. I am skeptical as to whether or not they will pass. In any case, I am not letting up on my barrage of calls, faxes and emails. I don't care if they have a garbage bin outside specifically marked (EMAILS, FAXES FROM SIPPY) because until this thing passes, they are not going to stop hearing the end of me!

They are trying to stall because they want the feds to handle immigration, not the states.
I'm sure many of us would agree but as we all know the feds have hardly done squat enforcing immigration laws since the 86 amnesty.

Ah, now that does explain a lot - thanks Sippy
I do recall from the earlier video feed that the main presiding person in the UT senate offered a motion to go meet with a Pharma group (going by speech, not text here...) group where they were having things like: presentations, exhibits, food, etc.... They voted to adjourn for the day immediately after that.

Good, we still have one more day to give 'em the ALIPAC hammer!
