    Michigan governor wants to encourage immigration

    DETROIT — Gov. Rick Snyder is expected to promote the advantages of drawing more immigrants to the state at a forum on "Immigration and Michigan's Economic Future."

    The former computer executive is participating in Monday's New Michigan Media Conference at Wayne State University.

    Snyder is scheduled to speak in the early afternoon. New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg participated in a video conference call during the opening panel entitled "Can Immigrants Save Detroit?"

    Bloomberg suggested in May during an appearance on NBC-TV's "Meet the Press" that letting anyone immigrate to the United States "as long as they agreed to go to Detroit and live there for five or ten years" could help the city regain population and new businesses.

    The conference is being presented in collaboration with Global Detroit.

    Make sure they are LEGAL immigrants. If there is any type of state program and its found they are using illegals then the state needs to be punished with cuts in Federal aid for every infraction. Maybe now the Feds need to focus on every one of those companies that were listed and audit them from top to bottom.

    Look at what that state has? No more manufacturing and alot of muslim population and the politicians are as corrupt as Chicago!!!

    Please take all the ones from Utah first will you? We have enough crime already and don't need any more. Since you want them so bad we will ship them to you quickly but you must promise never to let them come back. NO REFUNDS.
