According to Governor Schwarzenegger, the latest crisis in a never ending and exceedingly long, and growing list of catastrophes plaguing the state of California is the shortage of water. As most people who have lived in this state since birth can tell you, we are in a dry spell and the last couple of summers have been long and hot. The snow pack has melted off and the lakes and reservoirs are evaporating.
