    Police Say Gang-Related Graffiti Found on School, Park Pavilion

    HARRISONBURG — Gang-related graffiti was found on the walls of Waterman Elementary School on Chicago Avenue and in a pavilion in Morrison Park over the weekend, according to the Harrisonburg Police Department.

    Someone spray-painted blue initials and pictures of marijuana leaves on the structures between 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 28 and 6:55 a.m. on Sept. 29, said Officer Joseph Palaskey with the police department.
