Venezuela reportedly allows drug smuggling

CARACAS, Venezuela — A report from the U.S. Government Accountability Office on drug trafficking in Venezuela charged yesterday that corruption within the government and military has led to a permissive environment that allows smuggling to flourish along Venezuela's border with Colombia.
