A 26-year-old illegal immigrant who likes to get it on with little girls, and who had even gotten a 13-year-old pregnant, authorities say, is behind bars after a lone Daily News reader led authorities to his home last week.

Joshua Oyola was arrested about 3 a.m. last Wednesday by officials from the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force at his home on Percy Street near Erie Avenue, in North Philadelphia.

Oyola, who has been in the United States illegally for the last few years, was being sought by marshals for the statutory sexual assault of the teen girl on Ann Street near Martha, in Kensington, in 2008.

She later became pregnant by him, said an investigator with the Special Victims Unit who is investigating another case involving Oyola and a second teen girl.

For almost a year, the deportee-in-waiting had been having consensual sex with the girls, who investigators say are friends, inside the Kensington home.

"They've been in the house together," said the investigator. "They both knew they were each having sex with him."

The other 13-year-old denies having sex with Oyola, said the SVU investigator who didn't want to be named, but her friend told authorities a different story.

Oyola faces the additional charge of corruption of minors.

The tip came last week after a reader of the People Paper recognized Oyola's mug in the March 1 edition, said a deputy in the U.S. Marshals Task Force, who also did not want to be identified because he wasn't authorized to comment.

"We only got one tip and it turned out to be a good one," he said.

Investigators burst into Oyola's home that morning after he refused to open the door, the investigator said.

"He probably thought, 'Maybe if I don't answer the door, they'll go away,' " he said.

Oyola's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday. Officials said that Oyola will eventually be handed over to Immigration and Customs officials to be deported. Investigators have awarded the tipster $1,000.
