    The Los Angeles, CA L.A. County District Attorney and the L.A. Superior Courts have refused to take any action to deport illegal alien gang members, as a matter of policy. For years, like the LAPD, these agencies have contended that they do not have anything to do with illegal immigration and their official policy as stated “is to treat illegal aliens no differently than American Citizens.â€
