Mother and Daughter stabbed 86 times by illegal they reported to ICE!

From a source in TN "I began following this story the day after the murders because Lori Ann (the
mother in this story) was formerly cleaning the home of a friend of mine's
sister and she also worked at a day-care owned by one of our family members
who lives in Antioch. Once the story about the possible involvement of
Jose' Sosa was made public, I learned that Lori Ann had notified authorities
on SEVERAL occasions about the illegals living next door but could never get
I.C.E. nor the metro police to intercede. Now, thanks to the "catch and
release policies practiced by the U.S. Border Patrol and the in-action by
both local organizations, she and her daughter, are DEAD!"

Three fingerprints link suspect to stabbing deaths, detective testifies

    By TRAVIS LOLLER
    Staff Writer

Three fingerprints link 16-year-old Jose Sosa to last month's stabbing
deaths of Lori Ann and Adrian Rountree in south Nashville, police detectives
    testified on Friday.

The mother and daughter were found dead in their Creekside Drive home on
April 25. Sosa, who lived next door, was arrested Wednesday night or early
    Thursday morning.

Police offered no motive for the killings during Friday's hearing and said
there were no witnesses who had ever seen Sosa with the victims.

"I kept asking if for any reason he had been inside the house, and he said,
'No,' " detective Marvin Rivera said. "He kept saying 'No.' "

However, detective Wil Nesbitt testified that at least one of Sosa's
fingerprints was found inside the home. Two more fingerprints, one of them
bloody, were found on a back door, Nesbitt said.

Lori Ann Rountree, 44, received about 37 wounds that punctured her stomach,
heart, liver and major arteries. Adrian, 16, had about 46 wounds to the
    lungs and major arteries.

Although there were signs of a struggle at the scene, police said they did
not notice any wounds on Sosa on the day they found the bodies. Nesbitt also
did not see any signs of a forced entry into the house, he said.

Sosa was ordered to remain in juvenile detention until a June 23 hearing,
when Assistant District Attorney Jeff Burks said he will ask to have Sosa
    tried as an adult.

After Friday's hearing, Juan Sosa, the defendant's brother, raised his voice
and began saying in Spanish that the police had no proof against his
brother. Rivera told him to step outside the courtroom and then arrested him
on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Juan Sosa said in an interview on Thursday that his brother was with other
people when the slaying occurred and could not have done it.

Arrest made in murder of Antioch mother, daughter
    May 11, 2006 11:05 PM CDT

A teenage in the United States illegally is now charged with murdering a
    Nashville woman and her daughter.

Jose Sosa, 16, was arrested and charged on Thursday with the murders of his
former neighbors, Lori and Adrian Rountree. They were brutally stabbed to
death in their Antioch home in April 2006.

Police say they found a finger print of Sosa at the crime scene that matched
one the border patrol had on file of him from last year. They say he had
been caught coming into the United States illegally, detained and
    fingerprinted and then later deported.

However, he apparently re-entered the country at a later time.

Sosa is currently being held in the Juvenile Detention Center.

    Thanks W...

The Tennessean (our major newspaper) would not even mention the guy was an illegal. This kind of stuff is starting to be pretty common in Nashville. The metro police are doing nothing.

I was driving on Nolensville Road. A place where a high percentage of the cars have temporary license plates, rude gestures, frequent (meaning many a day) accidents with uninsured drivers or runners, etc. Anyway, there was a truck right next to me with no license plate, guy openly drinking a beer, a muffler getting ready to fall off and I was pulled over because my tag had just expired a few days earlier. It was amazing. There were people breaking the law all around me and because I am white, they pulled me over. If I was black they would have pulled me over too.

They have burnt down Apartment complexes, introduced an unbelieveable amount of crime, and have no problems putting litter all over the place.

I think the family should very publicly sue the U.S. government, ICE in particular. It won't bring anyone back, but it could save someone else.

Sounds a bit like retaliation, since ICE had been called on them in the past. This is the violence we all worry about. Be safe and peace to all.

16-Year-Old Murder Suspect To Be Tried As Adult

    POSTED: 5:03 pm CDT July 28, 2006
    UPDATED: 12:09 am CDT July 29, 2006

A judge ruled Friday that the 16-year-old accused of the murders of a mother and daughter will be tried as an adult.

Teen Murder Suspect To Be Tried As Adult

Since the murders in April, there have been questions about what possibly motivated Josa Sosa to allegedly stab Lori Rountree and her daughter, Adrian, more than 60 times.

Why would the 16-year-old next-door neighbor, whose family helped cut the Rountrees' yard, allegedly murder the women?

Investigators said there may be some insight in the pending results of rape kits ordered to determine if the women were sexually assaulted.

An investigator close to the case told Channel 4 that Sosa's brothers, who lived with him at the time of the murders, originally told police "he should pay for what he's done."

But the brothers later changed their story. One brother, Ron Sosa, was later arrested in court for an outburst during his brother's proceedings.

The Roundtree family said it still does not know why anyone would want to murder the young artist and her mother, who worked as a nanny.

The juvenile judge in the case also ruled Friday that Sosa should be held without bond.

Investigators said they have Sosa's fingerprints, some of which are bloody, in the interior of the house.

They also said Adrian's socks were covered in blood, suggesting she walked through the crime scene. However, her body was found in a fetal position in her bed, covered up with a blanket.

This kid should get the death penalty. He was deported and then he got back into to this country and committed this horrific crime due to our borders not being secured. It is unfortunate that american citizens keep dying at the hands or murderers that are crossing our borders undetected. We must keep up this fight to get our government to secure our borders and enforce our laws.
Freedom isn't free... Don't forget the men who died and gave that right to all of us....

All I have to say is it is a pity the supreme court decided the death penalty was to harsh for those under 18 yrs of age. We need to quit having compassion for yourng burtal killers, and have a little for their innocent victims! This crime needs to be laid at the feet of the President and our leaders!
