I must be strange or stupid or just not understand the facts and situation....or all of the above I guess, even though I've paid close attention for the last three to five years and I don't consider myself to be too far out of touch regarding facts and issues.

I've never thought that impeachment was the answer. I've always thought that the answer was to work hard to change his mind on things.

Now at this time, with elections so close and his time as president down to seven months and with these two sad candidates we have out there, impeachment seems even more of a bad idea to me.

PLUS, on top of that, it seems to me that it worked and we did change his mind regarding illegal immigration, at least it appears that way to me with the crack down on illegal immigration.

I mean....WHY would I want to impeach him and stop that?!

This is the way I see it, for what it's worth.

I think it's a little late to even bother with impeachment.

Besides, Congress can't get anything else productive done this session, why think they could pull this off.

Reuters says the new impeachment effort, like the earlier one, is opposed by Democratic leaders and isn't likely to advance.

I would prefer to impeach others, LegalUsCitizen is right in my opinion. The others did just as much as Bush, they all had the same info as he did. When he's out of office, they will still be there .
