The U.S.Citizens who have a problem should be happy the problem has been caught now instead of when they need benefits.

No. She's an idiot.

She's an idiot coz since she already knows her 1s are problematic when writing down her SS #, she should be extra careful whenever she does. If she applied for credit cards, a home loan, DL, etc, and was repeatedly told there was a problem with her SS#, you'd think this idiot would've learned by now. I'm not impressed with her Spanish nuns crap. SPAIN SUCKS. All the countries they colonized are all third-world countries now.

Most intelligent people, when writing numbers on an application, etc. are careful to be sure they are legible. Why should the system be scrapped because some dummy can't write the numbers correctly?! It's their problem. What an absurd argument!
