Probably waiting for the order. i hope that's what it means or their charge didn't qualify under the program.

Any violation of law including illegal entry into the US should count as a criminal charge under the program.

But I totally support this program even if it's not all encompassing. It can be expanded later.

Sorry, no sympathy from me! IF you are legal you have nothing to worry about. It seems as though NO ONE in Johnston County gives a hoot... I've called the Sheriff AND ICE on my neighbors for flagrantly smoking and dealing dope right in their driveway! Even if they ARE legal ( doubtful) this is a deportable offense, and yet nothing has been done. I even told the Sheriff I WOULD testify. My kitchen window overlooks their driveway so I have seen this on an almost daily basis.
