The illegal alien family of Odiceo Valencia, also an illegal criminal alien, filed suit against the City of Denver for shooting the father after he attacked police with a knife on May 17, 2008. Denver Post journalist Daniel J. Chacon reported, “Family seeks $5.9 million in killing by Denver copsâ€

The illegal intelopers deserved to be shot and killed for un-lawfully being on the Ranchers property. The poor Rancher and his family life was at rick. Under our constitution, the Rancher has a right to defend and protect himself and his property.
