    NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A man charged with grabbing women along Belmont Boulevard is an illegal immigrant.

    The Davidson County Sheriff's Department said Julio Juarez was arrested on a charge of reckless driving last year in another county, but that county didn't have the program that checks immigration status when people are arrested.

    Metro police arrested Juarez Tuesday on suspicion of grabbing women's buttocks as they jogged along Belmont.

    Julio Juarez's Mug Shot Released To Public

    NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- An illegal immigrant that police said grabbed at least four female joggers in the Belmont area is now facing more charges.

    Julio Juarez, 19, is now facing four counts of sexual battery. He previously faced two counts.

    Police refrained from showing his mug shot while they showed his photo in police lineups.

    Officers arrested Juarez last month after a tip from a resident.

    Before he was arrested, Juarez worked the night shift at a Kroger located at 2615 Franklin Pike.

    The Davidson County Sheriff's office said Juarez was arrested on charges of reckless driving last year in another county. But that county didn't have the computer program that checks immigration status.
