Why wasn't she arrested too? Having a U.S. born child shouldn't give you a free pass. Besides that, she needs to be back in El Salvador with her other five children! The article doesn't even mention whether she was given an immigration court appearance date. I think it's safe to assume she wasn't! This is an ICE fail in my opinion because every illegal alien ICE comes into contact with should be dealt with accordingly.
