    The Chinese would not notice as much, since there are 1.2 billion Chinese.

    To make it equitable to our situation, it should be 100 million Indian, North Korean, and Vietnamese illegal aliens. The Chinese would not let it get anywhere near that level, for example they have already built a fence on their border with North Korea, they have minefields on their borders with Central Asia nations, they have full military divisions on their southern borders with India and Vietnam, they have armed border watch posts on their Russian border.
