WHAT?? U.S. Chamber of Commerce challenges 1804
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is asking a federal judge to block Oklahoma's anti-illegal immigration law.
The U.S. chamber challenged the constitutionality of the state law Friday in a lawsuit filed in federal court in Oklahoma City. The State Chamber of Oklahoma, the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, the Tulsa Metro Chamber and other business groups joined the lawsuit.
The petition claims the law interferes with federal law that comprehensively regulates the employment of unauthorized workers.
The measure, House bill 1804, was passed by the Legislature last year. Among other things, the measure requires employers to verify the immigration status of their employees. It also exposes employers to legal action for hiring unauthorized illegal immigrants in place of U.S. citizens.

Is the US Chamber of Commerce a tax funded government agency?

I am so sick of this. Perhaps we should just quit paying taxes. Why do the illegals and the illegal advocates always end up winning? We're so turned around.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the State Chamber of Oklahoma, the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, the Tulsa Metro Chamber and other business groups filed a lawsuit asking a federal judge to allow those they represent to continue breaking the laws.
Why can't the Chamber of Commerce, MATT organization, La Raza and other such groups be charged with racketeering?

lock 'em up---
It seems to me that a really good lawyer could make a case that the CofC is attempting to circumvent the laws of America. Hopefully ACLJ or Judicial Watch is on top of this. They not only should file as friend of the court, they should charge the CofC with intent to violate Federal and state immigration laws.

The Chamber of Commerce is as bad as the CFR and is in on the conspiracy to implement the NAU. Illegal immigration is only the tip of the iceberg that will slam into the hull of our Constitution in 2010 if we don't stop it.

Mexico is certainly backing financially groups such as la raza, probably the aclu and all other groups that extort, pander, and unduly influence favorable legislation which pertains to the illegal invaders in this country.
Mexico has a vested interest in making sure the illegals are allowed to remain and continue to send remittances back to Mexico as Mexico absolutely depends on that money to sustain itself.
How do you think groups like la raza can continue to afford to file lawsuits in federal court to block any and all laws that are passed in an effort to eliminate the illegal invaders. You don't think those lawyers working on behalf of la raza do so for free.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
