    Isn't that strange, for months, years, we have been hearing 'the cartel', 'the cartel' is bringing in all the drugs.

    When the idea of the wall might be taking shape, it's 'most drugs come by water'.

    Still not a fan of the wall, but I don't buy either scenario - I think drugs are coming in on very big airplanes that are in no way suspicious.
