Wheeling Police arrested another illegal alien. Jorge Solis was taken into custody after being charged with going 73 miles per hour on Interstate -70. When he was pulled over police say he had no green card and did not speak English. Solis was transpotred to the Northern Rgeional Jail where authorities are waiting to hear from the I-N-S.
