Six people found in south central Pennsylvania, including a Mexican man arrested in Franklin County, were indicted this week on federal charges related to immigration fraud.

The U.S. Attorney's office in Harrisburg announced Friday that five people have been indicted on allegations they illegally re-entered the U.S. following a prior arrest or deportation.

This included Jose Ramirez-Macias, 40, a native and citizen of Mexico, who was apprehended in Franklin County.

Adinel Martinez-Rivera, 23, a native and citizen of El Salvador, was apprehended in Cumberland County. Emmanuel Cervantes-Espinosa, 26, and Antonio Garcia-Cellis, 39, both natives and citizens of Mexico, were apprehended in Adams County.

If convicted, all five face up to two years imprisonment and fines of more than $250,000.

Marvin Torres-Garcia, 18, a citizen of Guatemala, was charged with possessing, using or attempting to use a fraudulent alien residence card prior to his October arrest in Adams County by Eastern Adams Regional Police Department.
