Cut off the money. There should be absolutely no US public money used to defend or represent illegal aliens in the United States for anything. None. Zero. Zip. What about all these crimes they commit? Are US taxpayers funding their attorneys in those cases with public defenders??!! Oh my God .... GET THEM OUT OF HERE!! OUT!! OUT!! OUT!! No frigging wonder our nation is $20 trillion in debt.

Expedite them all and cut out the attorneys. This is what gets me. First they claim that being an illegal alien is a civil type violation, not a real crime. Well, if it's a civil crime, then there is no right to an attorney. Then they claim oh well, these poor illegal aliens need their day in court and want criminal defense like they're a regular criminal under Miranda and deserve an attorney to be appointed for them.

They're in the wrong country, get them out and put them in the right one. Crime, civil, criminal, doesn't matter. JUST ask the two questions are you a citizen, yes or no, do you have valid unexpired documents to be here, yes or no, if no and no, then out you go. Simple as Pie, takes 15 seconds. Take 1 minute to review, ICE will already have the answer, then stamp that deportation order approved and ship them out of here in full busloads and full planeloads, and end this disaster as quickly and quietly as possible.
