'Bama plans to start interviewing children - up to age 21 - in their home countries, then fly them here. The report linked to above mentions that the program will begin in Hounduras, then "if successful" be expanded to other Central American countries.

'Bama is having too much fun thumbing his nose at the American people, to let this opportunity go by.

Of course, since "children" will now include people up to age 21, the poorest American young adults will have even more difficulty finding an entry level job. 'Bama obviously does not care about them.
