Illegal Immigrant Sent To Prison

A Mexican citizen living in Gwinn has been sentenced to six months behind bars for using a fake social security card.

25-year-old Pedro Garcia pleaded guilty to knowingly using the phony card to get a job in the UP.

A federal prosecutor says Garcia entered the U.S. illegally and paid $300 to obtain a false social security card and an Indiana identification card in another person's name.

I wonder what will happen after he serves the six months. Will they release him to again commit SS fraud, or other crimes such as drunk driving or murder, or will they deport him?

Then again, as long as our borders remain open, deportation is simply another opportunity to illegally enter this country and commit more crimes.
