Miami police say woman fends off sexual attack
Miami police arrested a man Thursday who they say broke into his former neighbor's house and, standing nude in her bedroom, grabbed her by the hair in an attempted sexual assault.

The woman, who was awakened by the attack at about 7 a.m., was able to fend off the man, who she said tore out of the home in the 1200 block of Southwest Sixth Street in the nude.

Police arrested Luis Eduardo Saucedo, 26, a seafood restaurant worker. They said he admitted entering the apartment through a window and touching the victim on her face.

According to an arrest affidavit, Saucedo told detectives he had been drinking and doing cocaine Wednesday night.

But he said he was wearing clothes -- sans underwear -- when he entered the residence.

A pair of male underwear was found at the scene, police said.

Saucedo was charged with burglary and attempted sexual assault.

Four children under the age of seven were also home at the time of the attack, but police said it is not clear what they saw or heard.
