    In his testimony about the voyeurism incident, Pannill said he doesn't think the men should have been fired and that he feels Legare was "at fault, too."
    "It's not acceptable to do it. ... I think that they should be reprimanded and should not do it again, and I think she should be asked to not expose herself again," he said. This Pannill character should be deported to a third world country. There are laws prohibiting rape of anyone, male or female, even if they appear nude on stage. Apparently, the illegals don't know about these laws, nor does Pannill. It is beginning to sound like he didn't think the alleged rape (after all, it was only a femalw) was worrisome, as long as he could keep them working for cheap and make a profit for the club, assuring his own job.
