Colo. Dems kill 2nd Arizona-style immigration bill

Colorado Democrats have killed a Republican proposal that would have allowed law enforcement to arrest people suspected of being in the country illegally.
The failure of Senate Bill 54 Wednesday is the second blow this week to a Republican agenda to mimic Arizona's divisive illegal immigration crackdown. Sponsor Sen. Kent Lambert argued his bill would simply give law enforcement the authority to enforce current laws and he disagreed with the criticism that his proposal would trigger racial profiling.
The State, Veterans, & Military Affairs Committee killed Lambert's bill on a 3-2 party-line vote.
A House Bill that would also give law enforcement the power to arrest illegal immigrants and required them to carry their legal documents was shelved Monday by its Republican sponsor out of concern over possible legal challenges.

no more democrats
You see the Democrats will always support illegal aliens. We have to vote all the Democrats out. We cannot afford Democrats in government.

Nothing moves in Colorado
The new gov higgenloopy will veto anything against illegals
What were these idiots thinking electing this guy?
Illegals are so entrenched in Colorado , it will be the next state to fall
under mexicos control , after Calif and Nevada
The people in Arizona are fighting back , but they to shall fall
Our fed govt will make sure of that

Failure is not an option. Two steps forward and one step back or three steps forward and two steps back or whatever... but Failure Is Not An Option.
"I do not believe in a fate that will fall on us no matter what we do. I do believe in a fate that will fall on us if we do nothing" (Ronald Reagan)
And there are a lot of "we..s" in the fight now, to support one another in the fight we face.As Aristotle said, “Tolerance and apathy are the first virtue of a dying civilization.â€
