RALEIGH, North Carolina - Leaders of historically black colleges say they’ll fight a reduction in a federal program they call a financial lifeline at a time of economic distress for the schools and their students.

President Barack Obama’s education budget, unveiled Thursday, included major spending increases in many areas — but didn’t include an extra $85 million that black institutions have received annually for the past two years thanks to a 2007 change to the student loan laws.

Do you remember back in ‘07 when illegal immigration was the hot issue? Those who did not completely understand the complexities of this issue immediately made it soley about race by calling the pro LEGAL immigration crowd “racistsâ€

Let me guess, Obama and his administration are giving extra funding for illegals to attend colleges and hispanic colleges, right?

Who is the racist?

Wonder if any African American citizens regret their vote for Obama. He has shown a callous disregard for his own people by not only failing to stop the flow of illegals that directly take jobs from the black community but also by funneling money away from black students towards hispanic students.

Just follow the money, with the money our Elitist Politicians receive from their Elitist Political Contributors and Special Interest Groups they can buy all the votes they need.

I have wondered what the black community thinks everytime Obama appoints another Hispanic to his administration..

It seems blacks are being left out in this administration for the favored Hispanics instead.
