Stories like these pull at the heart strings of all pro-illegal/amnesty folks. They always play at the angle that it isn't the child's fault and America is all they know, blah blah blah. They know they will gain sympathy from special interest groups as well as more legal citizens.

It is not our fault either that they are here, yet we pay for their free schooling and medical and whatever else they so desire. This is neither fair nor right. Blame the parents and send them all back.
