    I want this for my avatar, but it is too big any suggestions?

    Yep, you need to open it in a program... make it smaller... and save the smaller version. Someone on here might be able to help you with that.

    It confused me. I thought the image was Pro Illegal Immigrant and Pro guest worker and all that. The significance of a black band just didn't register. I wonder if others (general population not just this forum) will understand the message. It's almost advertising for the other side if one doesn't get the color significance.
    Just my impression, but what do I know anyway.
