    My impression: that the Security and Prosperity partnership will prove to be neither. Why else would they sneak it in over the transom?

    They have an agreement with the media, "not to talk about this until it's done".
    The media kept their promisse which the globalists said without this omission it will be impossible to implement globaliztion.
